This has got to be the best wings ever! They’re so crispy and the flavors they have are so delicious. My favorite is the lemon pepper! Apple who works there gave us such great service and she’s always friendly. She even came around and picked up our plates after we were done. She’s definitely a great addition to the them! Ty Apple for a great experience!
Got my order with a different sauce than what i ordered and when I asked what what sauce it was, they apologized and gave me some free wings with the right sauce for free! Excellent service Thanks Mari and Brandon!
Brooke is awesome! I had a order issue where I must have messed up and not finished. She went threw all the orders to make sure my order hadn't gone thru. She never blamed or got frustrated. She helped me place my real order and get moving. She gave advice on the flavors and deals going on. She's awesome! I will be back again just because of her service. Food is great, place is clean and family friendly.
I had the lunch special 8 boneless with jalapeno ranch rub and crinkle cut fries, with jalapeno garlic ranch for dipping. I also tried a side of the shrimp flavored the way Brandon (worker) suggested. It was hot and fresh! Brandon was kind and professional! I highly recommend this location and the food!
Brandon and JD are a great team! They made the whole experience 10 out 10. Great customer service all around. We live wing shack and they made it that much better!
Despite having waited 40 minutes for our food due to the cooks, Jordan expressed how sorry they were and even gave us some free food and a future discount. We don't see the nobility Jordan shared with us often! Definitely made this a 10/10 experience.
